    Application of photosensitive resin

    The 3D printing of photosensitive resin material has good details and high surface quality, which can be colored by painting and other processes. But photosensitive resin printing items if long time exposure to light conditions, will gradually become brittle, yellow. This material is often used to print fine models and complex design models that require high precision and surface quality, such as handplates, handles, jewelry or precision assemblies. But not suitable for printing large model, if you want to print large, you need to print parts.

    In addition to the high toughness, high temperature resistance and common photosensitive resins mentioned above, there are translucent and completely transparent photosensitive resins. However, it needs to be reminded that semi-transparent and fully transparent printing after the need for post-polishing, polishing can not be a little less transparent.

    Photosensitive resin material not only good molding effect, and relatively cheap, so it has become the first choice of printing hand plate. As for whether it is feasible to make a sample for appearance and function verification before the product is launched, this proofing fee is very cost-effective. Compared with direct production without proofing, it can save a large part of money.
